Fix Your Posture While Working from Home!

Working from home has its perks, but bad posture can lead to back pain, neck stiffness, and long-term issues. Here’s how to improve your posture and stay pain-free! Sit with Proper Alignment – Keep your feet flat on the floor, knees at a 90-degree angle, and back straight against the chair. Avoid slouching!

Adjust Your Screen Height – Your monitor should be at eye level to prevent neck strain. Stack books under your laptop if needed.

Use a Supportive Chair – An ergonomic chair with lumbar support helps maintain a healthy spine position. If unavailable, use a small cushion behind your lower back.

Keep Your Wrists Neutral – Your keyboard and mouse should be at elbow height to prevent wrist pain.

Take Frequent Breaks – Stand up, stretch, and walk around every 30-45 minutes to keep your body moving.

Strengthen Your Core – A strong core supports good posture. Try Pilates or simple core exercises to improve stability.
